Integrated Management System Policy
The main goal of ZTM ‘Tech-Med’ Sp. z o.o. is to gain customer recognition and meet their specific needs. Through continuous development, attention to the perfect craftsmanship of each product, and the provision of top-quality services, we work for full satisfaction resulting from maintaining a stable position in the medical market. Through the passion and professionalism of our employees, we strive to earn customer trust, which is the foundation for developing long-term and fruitful collaborations.
We implement the Integrated Management System policy by aiming to achieve the following objectives:
- identifying changing customer needs and continuously improving the quality of customer service;
- building and maintaining long-term partnerships with Customers and Suppliers;
- collaborative problem solving;
- ensuring the safety of manufactured products;
- improving professional qualifications in order to increase the quality of the work performed;
- providing resources and involvement in the process of continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System;
- giving absolute priority to the ‘good product first time’ principle;
- monitoring the medical market;
- conducting effective activities to implement the Integrated Management System Policy.
ZTM „Tech-Med” Sp. z o.o is fully aware of its impact on the environment. Therefore, while pursuing the above-mentioned objectives, we simultaneously undertake a number of measures aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment – both in the area in which we operate and outside it.
The company’s activities are conducted with respect for social and environmental aspects.
In the interests of the natural environment, we commit to:
- operate in compliance with current legal and normative environmental requirements;
- reduce the consumption of raw materials and natural resources;
- protecting the environment in the area of activity of the company;
- carry out rational waste management by preventing or limiting the amount of waste, segregating it and transferring it for reuse;
- minimise the emission of harmful agents into the environment;
- spread pro-environmental awareness among employees.
The achievement of the assumed goals is guaranteed by the awareness of the Management Board and employees of the company, resulting from meeting their needs and the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 13485:2016, PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 in the scope of design, production, placing on the market and servicing of medical power units, medical furniture and hospital equipment.
